Other services
Child Health Surveillance – Health Visitors
The health visitors can be seen at the Child Health Clinics hub. It is the practice policy to register all children under the age of five for Child Health Surveillance.

If you would like to give up smoking or find out what your options are Daisy our Health Coach can help you she runs face to face clinics and telephone consultions.
Please enquire at reception for details and they can make a referral for you
Non-NHS Services
The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions and some vaccination services. Our fees for these services are displayed in the surgery.
