On 16th December we introduced a new telephone system which will identify your telephone number as soon as you are connected to a member of staff who will be able to see who is calling and will populate your name, address, dob and allocated GP into our clinical system.
Please ensure that we have your current telephone/mobile number as this will make our processes much quicker for you.
