Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
- In person – drop your repeat slip in to reception with the required items clearly marked.
- By post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope and we’ll post it back to you.
- Online – via the link at the top of this page. First time users are required to complete a simple registration.
Please note that we are not able to take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Pharmacy Collection Service
You can also nominate where you would like your prescription to go. You can still collect from the surgery, but we can also send your prescription to a local pharmacy who will collect it from us on your behalf. A selection of pharmacies have committed to collect from the surgery each day to ensure your medication is available as soon as possible. Should you use a different pharmacy you will need to collect from the surgery. Please ask at reception for a list of participating outlets.
